The Boys' Brigade
If you're looking for something fun for boys that delivers challenges and opportunities to grow, and at the same time make good friends, then you should think about getting them involved in Boys' Brigade - you'll be surprised how quickly you will fit in and enjoy it! All boys are welcome!
Boys' Brigade meets weekly during the school term for about 1-2 hours (depending upon age), and is run by trained safe leaders who receive instruction in duty of care and are prepared to be screened with police record checks. The Boys' Brigade program is structured to appeal to and hold the attention of the boys as well as teach them new skills in physical, educational, social and spiritual areas of life.
Boys aged from 5 to 7 can join Anchor's Section, while boys aged 8 to 12 can go to the Juniors Section. No.2 Section is for those aged 12 to 18 years. As a boy goes higher in Boys' Brigade the range of activities are broader, more adventurous, challenging and with greater rewards!
